1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bema ("the Service"), operated by Bema Supports LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bema is a local business discovery platform that allows business owners to create and publish listings, and allows consumers to discover local independent businesses. Business listings require a paid monthly subscription of $20/month.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Business listings are billed at $20/month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your listing.
5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, descriptions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Bema Supports LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate listings that violate these terms, contain false information, or are otherwise determined to be harmful to the platform or its users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bema Supports LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
